DiversityComm, Incorporated’s refund policy has been designed with our customers in mind. Full details of this policy are explained below. This refund policy is subject always to our terms and conditions.
Ending your subscription
If you decide to end subscription, we will issue a pro-rata refund only for the issues remaining on your account. For Example, if you have been sent 1 out of the 4 issues then you would be refunded 3/4 of the money back.
You may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting our subscription department at subscriptions@professionalwomanmag.com. Or alternatively, call 888-562-9662.
Cancellation of your subscription will be effective once DiversityComm receives notice of it.
Customer satisfaction
If for any reason you are unhappy with any element of the subscription service, we will investigate every complaint and will resolve any issues as quickly as possible.
Failed transactions
Please ensure that your payment card details are confidential. If we are unable to process payment from your card, we will contact you so you may provide us with details of a valid credit card. For checks
