Founded in 1986 by former intelligence officer Cal Sasai, RDR is a privately held security specialist firm that provides a wide variety of information technology, intelligence training, systems engineering services and simulation systems to government. With an initial contract with the Department of State, RDR quickly gained the reputation as the company to trust for critical initiatives that required highly refined "security-centric" thinking and execution.
