Jones Lang LaSalle Expands Industrial Property Management Team
Three industry veterans join Jones Lang LaSalle’s growing services in Northern California, Southern California and the Mid-Atlantic
CHICAGO, July , 2012 – Jones Lang LaSalle has added three top-talent leaders to its Industrial Property Management group to support the growing national business sector, which witnessed its eighth consecutive quarter of positive absorption in the first quarter 2012.
Joining the team are: Amos Bracero, General Manager, who will support the Southern California market from Irvine; Tracy Scifo, based in Stockton as a General Manager to the Northern California market; and Leah Amato, who will drive growth for the Mid-Atlantic market from Baltimore as Vice President and General Manager. These key leaders are now part of a national team that won an excess of over 30 million square-feet in national management assignments last year.

“With positive trends in the overall Industrial sector, our firm has continued supporting our clients to capitalize on these market conditions and grow their business,” said Dan Pufunt, President of Property Management. “Expanding our team with industry-leading experts demonstrates that the market continues to improve and that we’re dedicated to keeping pace with it; that we’re committed to providing value to their businesses with the highest caliber employees; and that we’re committed to attracting and retaining top-tier talent from a diverse pool of candidates who add experience, expertise and culture to the team and firm.”
Jones Lang LaSalle’s recent hires will support and strengthen the Industrial Property Management group’s existing markets, while identifying growth opportunities in others, such as the Mid-Atlantic, Chicago, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Texas, Central and South Florida, Atlanta, Charlotte, Indianapolis, St. Louis and Denver.
“Many of our top industrial clients continue to expand with acquisitions across the country,” said Brenda Crisp, Senior Vice President and National Industrial Property Management Lead in Chicago. “To meet their service demands, Jones Lang LaSalle has made strategic hires with local and regional industrial property management specialists to support their business. We’ve grown dramatically in markets where our clients and Jones Lang LaSalle want an industrial presence, which is in addition to our already active office, retail and Corporate Solutions business lines in those same markets.“
